ThatsMyIvan is a chat assistant. Replies can be wrong. Check important facts before you act on them.
Ivan's money answers (stocks, rates, portfolios, mortgages) are educational analysis built from public data such as SEC filings and Federal Reserve (FRED) series. They are not personalized financial advice and they promise no returns. Talk to a licensed professional before big decisions.
Don't use the service for illegal activity, spam, harassment, or to pretend Ivan is a human. Guest chat has a turn limit. We may pause or limit access if the service is overloaded or misused.
You keep rights to what you type. You give us permission to process it to run the product (reply, save what you ask us to save, run your routines, and learning if you leave that on). Data from connected apps is never used for learning.
Features marked "coming soon" are not available yet. Connectors work only when you connect them. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
You can stop using Ivan and delete your data at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

You may connect your own computers to Ivan with the Ivan helper. By default Ivan can only see whether a computer is online, its basic system info, and AI models you already installed on it.
In Settings you can turn on extra permissions for each computer: run commands or scripts, list or read files you name, and screen/control (“Let Ivan take over my computer”). Each permission is off until you turn it on and accept a clear consent screen. You can turn any permission off at any time, or use the Kill switch to stop elevated work immediately. Ivan keeps an action log you can review.
You are responsible for what Ivan does with permissions you grant. Only connect computers you own or are allowed to control. Do not ask Ivan to do anything illegal. Ivan will refuse clearly illegal requests. ThatsMyIvan is not liable for loss, damage, or misuse that results from actions you authorized on your computers.
Takeover uses a separate browser profile on your computer and pauses for passwords, codes, and Approve buttons. Site how-to playbooks may be shared across users without your account data; your passwords stay encrypted and are never put in shared playbooks or logs.
